Automobile door transportation and transmission line:
precise transportation, building a solid foundation for intelligent door construction In the automobile door manufacturing system, the transportation and transmission assembly line is the “invisible link” that connects various processes in series. With belt lines and roller lines as the core carriers, a continuous circulation network is built from the entry of door components into the factory to the offline assembly. It abandons the inefficiencies and errors of traditional handling, and provides stable “logistics support” for the entire process of door stamping, assembly, and testing through precise transportation and flexible adaptation. It is a key infrastructure to ensure the consistency of door production efficiency and quality.
1. Core composition: coordinated transportation network of belts and rollers
(1) Belt line: Flexible handling of delicate parts
For lightweight and easy-to-scratch parts such as door panels and interior trim panels, the belt line relies on anti-slip rubber belts and precise guidance design to achieve smooth transportation. In the door interior assembly area, a belt line with a customized width (adapted to the door size of different models) runs at a constant speed of 0.5-1m/s, and is equipped with positioning tooling to ensure accurate docking of interior trim panels, speakers and other components to the assembly station; In the post-spraying process, the anti-static belt line prevents the paint surface from absorbing impurities due to static electricity and ensures the appearance quality of the door.
(2) Roller line: An efficient solution for heavy loads and steering
Facing heavy-duty parts such as door frames and glass risers, the roller line can easily carry a load of 50-200kg through power roller + accumulation and discharge control. After the door frame is welded, the power roller line quickly transports the assembly to pre-coating processing in a segmented speed regulation mode (low speed in the welding area and high speed in the transfer area); in the multi-vehicle mixed-line production scenario, the steering roller line cooperates with photoelectric induction to automatically identify the door model (sedan/ SUV /new energy), switch the transmission path, and adapt to different assembly processes.
