2.Robot grasping unit: A 6-axis articulated robot is equipped with a visual guidance system to accurately position the engine/gearbox/suspension components, replacing manual handling (efficiency increased by 40%).
3.Powertrain tightening system: High-precision servo tightening machine (torque accuracy ±3%), integrated torque-angle double closed-loop control, real-time networked traceability of each bolt data.
The assembly line of this automobile chassis is suitable for the final assembly of passenger car/commercial vehicle chassis, supports the production of multiple categories such as traditional fuel vehicles, electric vehicles, and hybrid vehicles. The layout can be customized according to customer needs (U-shaped line/linear line/circular line).
