Truck production line layout and core technology:
1. Heavy transportation system: For the huge body and heavy parts of trucks, customized high-intensity transportation lines have strong carrying capacity and smooth operation, accurately convey frames, complete vehicles, etc. to ensure the production rhythm.
2. Suspension conveying system: A chain or track suspension device can be seen on the top of the workshop (as at the top left of the picture). It is used to convey heavy parts such as chassis and frame frames to achieve continuous flow between workstations and reduce ground handling pressure;
3. Flexible transmission adaptation: The conveying rhythm can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different truck sections (such as frame assembly and vehicle debugging) to meet diversified production needs.
Core equipment and technology of truck production line
1.Automated assembly: Equipped with electric tightening guns, positioning equipment, power assisted robotic arms and other tools to accurately assemble key parts of the truck chassis and body to improve consistency and reduce manual errors.
2.Informatization management and control: Equipped with a production management system, it monitors equipment status and production data in real time, realizes the digitalization of the entire process of order scheduling and quality traceability, and helps lean production.
3.Transportation system: The body frame (cab) is accurately positioned above the chassis through an AGV trolley or lifting platform, and the complete vehicle assembly is completed through bolt tightening or welding (in the case of a welding workshop);
