The electric motorcycle assembly line mainly adopts a continuously running steel chain plate conveying line to carry the motorcycle along a fixed path and adapt to the operating rhythm of each station. Guardrails are arranged on both sides of the line to prevent rollover, and there are also jacking and translation mechanisms to facilitate sequencing and positioning. The suspended conveyor chain is equipped with tooling and clamps to hoist handles, seats and other parts. Through track planning, materials can be accurately delivered to the assembly station, realizing aerial distribution and saving ground space.
Core production process of electric motorcycle(E-MC) assembly line:
1. Pre-assembly of parts: Large items such as engines and frames are taken from the shelves, and basic assembly is completed at the left station (such as fixing of motor brackets and pre-connecting of wiring harnesses) to form a semi-finished product and put on line.
2. Final assembly integration: semi-finished products are installed through the power system in turn through the conveyor belt (the motor is attached to the frame and the battery pack is fixed), the control system is integrated (installation and debugging of the instrument panel, handle buttons, and brake wiring harness), and the appearance parts are assembled (fenders, mirrors, seats and other exterior decoration parts are fixed, and protective sleeves are used to prevent scratching during tire installation).
3. Temporary storage and testing of finished products: Vehicles after final assembly enter the terminal temporary storage area, park them in zones according to color/model, and subsequently connect to quality inspection links such as road test and rain test.
