The electric vehicle assembly line plan adopts a composite layout of air suspension + ground transportation to optimize workshop space utilization, adapt to the collaborative assembly needs of multiple components and multiple processes of electric vehicles, and realize parallel operation and precise assembly of modules such as body, chassis, and interior decoration.
Core equipment of electric vehicle(EV) assembly line:
1. Steel plate chain lines are selected and equipped with jacking translation and jacking rotation mechanisms are used to realize the precise transportation of large pieces such as body and chassis assemblies and the docking of the assembly station.
2. Intelligent tightening machine: Equipped with electric servo tightening shafts, supporting multi-axis synchronous tightening (up to 8 axes), connected to the control system through an industrial bus, collecting tightening data (torque-angle curve, final torque value, etc.) in real time, and uploading it to the MES system to realize the whole process traceability meets high-precision tightening needs such as battery pack bolts and key chassis fasteners, and ensures vehicle safety.
3. Battery pack assembly equipment: Integrated electric lifting platform + precise centering mechanism, using laser ranging and displacement sensors to monitor the distance between the battery pack and the mounting surface of the body chassis in real time, automatically adjust the assembly posture, and help the safe assembly of the high-voltage system.
